CDCP Renewal & Application Reminder!!
For Existing Card Holders:
Starting March 20, 2025, Service Canada will send renewal letters to CDCP patients.
✔️ Submit your renewal by June 1, 2025(after filing your 2024 taxes)
✔️ Check your letter for instructions & contact details
✔️ Verify your coverage before treatment
For New Applicants:
All ages can apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan!
✔️ Qualify if:

- You don’t have dental insurance
- You and your spouse/common-law partner (if applicable) filed taxes in Canada
- Your adjusted family net income is under $90,000
- You’re a Canadian resident for tax purposes
- Application timelines:
